An oil tank truck is a special oil transportation vehicle equipped with a tank-like container. It is mainly used for the transportation and storage of liquid chemicals such as gasoline, diesel, crude oil, lubricating oil, coal tar, and edible oil. A gear oil pump can be installed on the vehicle. Power is taken from the main vehicle engine to realize the functions of pumping in and pumping out. After being divided into compartments, it can realize the functions of separating and discharging various oils.

A refueling truck is composed of a power take-off, a transmission shaft, a gear oil pump, a tank body, and a pipe network system. According to user requirements, a gear pump, a centrifugal pump, a heavy oil pump, and a stainless steel pump can be installed on the refueling truck. Heating pipes and insulation layers can be added. The tank body has semi-circular tanks and square tanks.

Tank body production description

2. Multiple anti-wave baffles are installed inside the tank. High-pressure gas leak detection is used to make the tank body have the characteristics of high strength, stable center of gravity, and safe and stable transportation of vehicles.
3. Various alcohol, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and salt liquid chemical tank trucks are made of imported stainless steel from South Korea (thickness of 4mm – 5mm) or plastic tanks (polypropylene) (thickness of 12mm – 22mm).
